Well, quite easily and obviously
Churches are supposed to be ruled by elders. Elders are simply older, mature, family men.
Few of us have ever seen real elders and extremely few have seen churches ruled by plural elders (together).
Feminist are angry at men abusing their power but sadly most of them have not encountered real men, they have typically only encountered boys and often infants, from which their conclusion about “toxic masculinity” comes. This is a disaster for which the solution is obviously Masculine Maturity.
One powerful feature of manhood, as opposed to boyhood or infantile behavior is co-operation, team play and plurality which is the basis for New Testament church life.
